1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NeoBoost website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

NeoBoost provides done-for-you MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services. Our team of experienced SaaS experts helps businesses build and launch their minimum viable products efficiently and effectively.

3. Service Terms

3.1 Project Scope

Each MVP development project will be defined by a detailed scope of work that includes project requirements, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. However, NeoBoost retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how gained during the project for future work.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion, including but not limited to:

• Project requirements and specifications
• Access to necessary systems and platforms
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Content, images, and other materials as needed

5. Limitation of Liability

NeoBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. NeoBoostdisclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

NeoBoost agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the project and will not disclose such information to third parties without your written consent.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

NeoBoost reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.
